Children's Music

The WUMC Childrens Choir
meets each Sunday afternoon during the school year. 

 

 
 Ages 3 years through 6th grade meet together in room 101 from 4:30pm - 5:00 pm.


The choir uses movement, games and simple instrumental accompaniments to enhance the singing aspect of our music time.

The Joyful Noise Choir has praising God as their central goal. Whether the choir is lifting up their voices during class time, church or in the community, they will always be singing praises to our LORD!

Bell Choir

 

Bell Choir meets Wednesday nights during most of the the school year. Spring bell choir concludes on March 20th and will resume on Sept 11, 2013
Students 5th grade and up and Adults together form the Wylie UMC Bell choir.

No previous musical experience is needed for this group!  The Bell Choir meets in room 101.

Liturgical Dance Team

 
Twenty-two young participants are learning to worship God through dance at special services and at regular practices.  The troop of second graders through senior high girls are led by Merry Howard.  If you have a daughter interested in participating in this form of worship, please contact Merry Howard 972-442-5779 or e-mail at
